At Aakasha, we strive for complete satisfaction with our avant-garde designs and offer a 14-day window for returns or exchanges on all standard items. To ensure a smooth process, please ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and include all original designer tags.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team or use our online portal within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your return via a trackable shipping service of your choice; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Processing and Refund
Once our workshop inspects the returned garment, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
